Videos

In July, 2001, I had some hand surgery and couldn't play for a while, so I borrowed a friend's digital video camera and filmed some of the draw one night. I loaded the footage into iMovie, and catalogued the clips with the intention of making a goof-around video. I never really did much with it, though, other than a few "videos of the month", which were around ten or 15 seconds each. But once I got a hold of the Kill Bill Vol. 1 soundtrack, well...

Anyway, here are the results, to the tune of "Battle Without Honor or Humanity" by Tomoyasu Hotei . Thanks to Gerry for the webspace.

Right-click one of the provided links below, and download the video before playing (so you can play it over and over :-) , and also to troubleshoot in case it doesn't play properly. If the full 30 fps version doesn't doesn't play properly:

• Windows users may view with Quicktime Player or Windows Media Player. If either doesn't play properly, try the other, but first make sure you install the 3ivx codec.
• Mac users should make sure they have the most current Quicktime Player and may have to install the 3ivx codec.

Play loud!

• Full 30 fps version (30 MB)
• Lower quality version (more compatible; 25 MB)

If QuickTime came already installed on your PC, you may need to get the QuickTime ActiveX control by visiting the QuickTime site. Once you get there you will be automatically prompted to install it. If no prompt already appears, you probably already have the control installed.
